This is a vintage Oscar de la Renta skirt. The tweed like pencil skirt has ribbon and lace detailing with uniquely slit hem. It has a zipper and hook closure on the side.
It is 80% cotton, 14% polyester, and 8% polyamide. Made in Italy.
