The Bill Hurley 7" Paddle Tail is a sandeel style soft plastic. The long and slender profile is a great shape for catching many different species, especially striped bass, and even tunas on small sandeels if paired with a heavy duty jighead. These are made using Sandeel Oil to give them a fish attracting scent.
